The Black Diamond Gas Griddle is a 24"W x 26"D countertop appliance featuring a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate. Equipped with (2) manual burner controls, it delivers a total of 60,000 BTU. The stainless steel construction includes a drip tray, front, and sides, as well as splash guards and a grease trough. Adjustable legs provide flexibility in positioning, and the unit is set up for Natural Gas (NG) use but can be field converted to Liquid Propane (LPG).

Each of the U-shaped stainless steel burners, one for every 12" of griddle width, produces 30,000 BTU/hour, ensuring even and efficient heating across the cooking surface. The 3/4" rear NPT gas inlet allows for a secure connection, and the unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, meeting safety and hygiene standards.

The 24" Standard Series gas countertop griddle is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The fully welded stainless steel front and sides provide durability, while the 5/8" thick steel cooking surface ensures consistent heat distribution and easy cleanup thanks to the 3" wide grease trough. Separate gas valves for each burner, along with standing pilot lights, offer precise temperature control and reliable operation.

Designed for versatility, the Black Diamond Gas Griddle can be easily converted from Natural Gas to Liquid Propane, making it suitable for a variety of installation scenarios. The adjustable legs allow for precise leveling, ensuring even cooking and a professional appearance in any commercial or residential kitchen setting.
